At Prime Product Manufacturing, we are agile enough to offer a full range of services from single contracts to full-service operations.
We can manufacture liquids, gels, creams, lotions and powders in a wide range of batch sizes and handle all standard packaging formats, including tubes, bottles, jars, lip balm and kits, talcum powder, perfume and hot-fill.
OZONE PURIFICATION
All our custom-designed production areas feature positive pressure with regulated temperature and humidity. Mains water supplied by Rand Water is processed through a reverse osmosis (RO) de-ionising plant with ozone purification.
Our purified water is stored in three, 3 X 10 000 litre tanks and continually ozonated to eliminate any risk of ensure purity from microbial contamination.
